ReplyDeleteOh, I've done the Ea sports challenge! I think mine was a 30 day challenge. I haven't used this game for a long time. I guess it's not really a game -- it really is a workout! I have a hard time with the butt kicks, or whatever they're called. I do them fine, slowly, but sometimes it doesn't read me as doing them fast, when I am. That's frustrating. I also have a hard time keeping that up for a long time. There is a reason it's called a challenge!
The 30 day challenge was on the first game. The 6 week challenge is on the more workouts and I like it a lot better. Every workout for the challenge starts with warm-up stretches and ends with cool downs. Plus, the obstacle course routine spices things up. I'm the same with with the kick ups - great slow, doesn't really register when fast, but that's okay. Me doing them is what matters.
